How do I cancel my subscription as a parent?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send a cancellation request email to our friendly team at [email protected] and include the following information:
- email address used to sign up to the platform
- your user id which can be found in the “my account” section when you log in
Once your cancellation request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please note that if you submit your cancellation request on or after your billing date, your account will not be cancelled until the following payment due date.
