How to set up your account for activities plan

Once you have become a member of PrimaryLeap and signed up to our worksheets and activities plan, you have 2 steps to get your account set up and get the most out of PrimaryLeap.

STEP 1 – Add your students

STEP 2 – Understand and manage your subject workflows

A workflow is an ordered list of activities for students to work through. When you sign up to generate a workflow from each subject from Year 1 – Year 6.

When you create a student, they are automatically connected to all subject workflows in the position based on their age group.

Students cannot access activities without being assigned them first. But don’t worry, this is done automatically. Next to each subject workflow you will see Auto-assign. If this is turned ON, students have the option to assign work to their own account by creating a mission. You have the option to customise and change the activities that have been assigned to your students.

For a student, a subject becomes available when a student is connected to a subject workflow (with auto-assign ON), or assigned manually, or assigned through auto-assign rules where you can assign a set amount of activities on any day of the week.
