If you come across something which you think is incorrect, then please let us know and our teachers will look into it.

If you think you’ve found an issue, the easiest way to report it is to click on the Flag Activity at the bottom of every question page in every activity. It looks like this:

We can then locate the activity and level you were working on when you came across the problem.

A box will then appear where you can type in the issue you have seen. It looks like this:

Once you have clicked Send your feedback, we will receive an email with your issue and our teachers can look into it. We are always happy to receive feedback so we can continue to improve and make our platform better for everyone!
