Connecting an individual teacher account to an existing school account is not automatic and involves manual intervention from our support team to ensure a seamless and accurate migration.
Steps to Connect to a School Account

Ensure that the school you wish to join has an active account on PrimaryLeap. If the school does not yet have an account, they will need to register on our platform first.
Request for Migration:
Once the school account is confirmed, you as a teacher need to initiate a request to connect your account to the school’s account.
