Changing a Student’s Year Group or Age

At PrimaryLeap, we understand that as children grow, their educational needs change. It is important to keep their learning profile updated to match their current age or year group to ensure they are receiving content that is appropriate for their level of development. Here's how you can update a student’s year group or age in your account.

Accessing the Student’s Profile

• Log Into Your Account:

• Start by signing into your PrimaryLeap parent account. Enter your username and password on the login page.
  
  

• Navigate to 'My Students':

• Once logged in, access the 'My Students' section from your dashboard. This section contains a list of all students associated with your account.

Updating Year Group or Age

• Select the Student:

• Find the student whose year group or age you need to update. Click on their profile to bring up their individual details.

• Edit Year Group:

• Within the student’s profile, locate the 'Year Group' dropdown menu. This menu displays the current grade or year group of the student.

• Click on the dropdown menu and select the correct year group or age that matches the student’s current educational level.

• Save Changes:

• After selecting the new year group, be sure to save your changes. There is typically a 'Save' or 'Update' button near the bottom of the page or form. Click this button to ensure all modifications are applied to the student’s profile.
