Here’s how to regain access to your account if you’ve forgotten your password.For Parents or TutorsNavigate to the Login Page:Click the ‘Login’ button on our home page.Select Account Type:Choose your account type (parent or tutor) from the menu.Access Forgot Password Link:Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.Receive Reset Email:You will receive an email at the address associated with your account. This email contains a link to reset your password.Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.For StudentsStudent passwords can only be reset by an administrator (parent or educator).
