Auto-Assigning Schedules

• Auto-Assign Feature:

• When you use the auto-assign feature, PrimaryLeap generates a uniform schedule for all students within the same school year. This ensures consistency and coverage of the curriculum across your class.

• To activate auto-assign, navigate to the settings in your teacher dashboard and select the auto-assign option for the relevant school year.

Assigning Individual Activities or Full Courses

• Navigating to Activities or Courses:

• Log into your PrimaryLeap account.

• Browse or search for the specific activity or course you wish to assign.

• Selecting Students or Classes:

• On the activity or course page, look for the student selection option.

• Click on this option to open the student selection form.

• Select the class, group of students, or individual students you wish to assign the activity or course to.

• Placing Assignments in Schedules:

• You can specify where the activity or course will appear in the students' schedules. Choose to place it next in line or at a specific position within their learning sequence.

• Confirm the assignment details and finalise the process.

Cloning Actions Across Classes

• When performing actions within a student's schedule, such as reordering activities or adding new ones, you have the option to clone these actions across an entire class.

• This feature ensures that any changes made to one student's schedule can be replicated for all students within the same class, maintaining uniformity.

• Using the Clone Feature:

• Navigate to the student’s schedule and make the desired changes.

• Look for the cloning option within the action menu. This will typically be labelled as "Clone Action" or similar.

• Select the class or group of students you wish to apply the cloned action to and confirm.
