PrimaryLeap's progress report system is a crucial tool designed to help parents and teachers monitor and support student learning effectively. This feature is part of our version 2 system, offering comprehensive insights into student activities to understand their progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed.Accessing Progress ReportsYou can access progress reports directly from your account dashboard. Look for the "Progress Reports" link on the left side of your dashboard to begin exploring various metrics related to student performance.Navigating Progress ReportsWhen you access the progress reports, the system automatically selects all students associated with your account to show an overall average. However, you can customise which students' data you want to view:Student Selection: Initially, all students are selected by default, showing a consolidated average. You can modify this by using the student selection modal to filter results by specific students.Filtering Options:For parents, the interface will display up to six students without filters for student groups or ages.For teachers and school administrators, additional filtering options are available, such as age and student groups. This allows a more detailed approach to sorting and analysing data.Understanding the GraphsThe progress report feature includes three main types of graphs to provide a visual representation of the student's progress:Worksheet Downloads Graph:This graph displays the number of worksheet downloads over the past eight weeks, categorised by subject and grouped by the selected students. Each subject is represented in different colours, which are consistent across the platform for easy recognition.Scored Worksheets Graph:It shows the total count of worksheets assigned versus those that have been scored. This visualisation helps you quickly gauge the completion rate of assigned worksheets.Average Score Graph:This graph appears only for subjects where scored assignments exist. It represents the average scores of completed worksheets, giving you an immediate sense of how well students are performing in each subject.Detailed Subject ListingsSubjects with Assignments: The system lists only those subjects for which worksheets have been assigned to the selected students. If a subject has scored worksheets, it will be displayed under the average score columns.Clickable Subjects: Each subject listing is clickable, leading to a dedicated page for a more detailed subject progress overview.
