Accessing Invoices and Payment History Navigating to the Subscription and Billing Page: Log into your PrimaryLeap account. Click on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the header. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Subscription and Billing’. Viewing Invoices and Payment History: On the Subscription and Billing page, you can view your payment history and access your invoices. This section provides a detailed list of all your transactions, including dates, amounts, and invoice numbers. To download or print an invoice, click on the invoice number or the corresponding download link. Managing Subscription Upgrades Reasons to Upgrade: Upgrading your subscription provides unlimited access to all worksheets and interactive activities, along with additional features and personalised support. Steps to Upgrade Your Subscription: Navigate to the ‘Subscription and Billing’ page from the profile icon dropdown menu. On the Subscription and Billing page, you will see options to upgrade your subscription. Select the desired plan (monthly or yearly) and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process. Once upgraded, you will immediately gain access to the new features and resources available in the higher-tier plan. Managing Subscription Downgrades Reasons to Downgrade: Downgrading your subscription might be necessary if your usage needs change or if you wish to switch to a more affordable plan. Steps to Downgrade Your Subscription: Navigate to the ‘Subscription and Billing’ page from the profile icon dropdown menu. On the Subscription and Billing page, you will see options to downgrade your subscription. Select the desired lower-tier plan and follow the prompts to complete the downgrade process. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your access will adjust according to the new plan.
